Elliott Perfetti, Owner

Elliott originally started Delta Painting and Remodeling and has transitioned his business to become Deep Creek Builders. A lifetime resident of Deep Creek Lake, he, his wife and 3 children have built a life here. He looks forward to sharing his love of the area and his passion for quality craftsmanship with you on your next project. 

Maria Perfetti, Business Coordinator 

Maria has years of customer service expertise and office organization experience. She is passionate about her dogs, her Husband Ben (who also works with us), and loves the outdoors. Maria will be one of your main points of contact throughout your project, she is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of Deep Creek Builders. 

Jacob Miller, Project Manager 

Jacob is one of the finest finish carpenters you'll ever meet. This ''toolbelt" experience informs his project management style. Consistently delivering high quality work on time and above expectations is his specialty.
